Final Brazil 3-2 USA

The United States showed great strength in the first half leading Brazil 2-0. However Brazil came back and came back strong with 3 goals in the second half to win the FIFA Confederations Cup Final. The United States have certainly proven they are, at the very least, a threat; which is more than they could have asked for going into the FIFA World Cup next summer. Daniel Alves Saves Brazil

South Africa nearly sent Brazil into overtime. That would have been the case if Brazil didn’t sub in Daniel Alves in the 86th minute. Daniel Alves, after only being on the pitch for one minute, put in a beautiful free kick which sends Brazil to the Confederations Cup Final where they will meet the United States. Barcelona are Champions of Europe

Samuel Eto’o scored early to send Barcelona on their way to their third UEFA Champions League title. Then in the 70th minute Lionel Messi sealed the deal with a spectacular header that sailed over Manchester United keeper, Edwin van der Sars head. Barcelona have now won the UEFA Champions League three times and will defend it again next season as Lionel Messi looks for the FIFA player of the year award.
